AirMixAir® Technology Drives Comfort in Cars
The AirMixAir® technology’s effectiveness for improving indoor climate in trucks and cars has been proven in research in Germany and Israel. In these tests, AirMixAir® proved that it could significantly reduce cabin temperature and drafts.
When comparing highest to lowest temepratures, AirMixAir® diffusers/louvers had a variation of 2oC compared to the regular outlets variation of 7oC – an efficiency increase of 300% and a significant energy saving. Studies using 9 sensors in the cabin showed that AirMixAir® efficiently blended cold, warm and hot zones to reduce the cabin temperature faster and to maintain a homogenous temperature. Additionally, the diffuser was developed in a modular manner, allowing the user to switch between an AirMixAir® and regular diffuser setting.
The unique design enables significant interior climate comfort enhancements. With minimimal if any design change and just replacing the diffuser, car manufacturers are able to provide a quantum leap in interior cabin comfort.
